How secure is my data?

Data is transmitted from client's plant to Ingenero' server through secure Virtual Private Networks. Each client's data is stored on separate servers. Only the project manager knows the client name.

What inputs will Ingenero need?

On a regular basis the process data collected from the DCS, laboratory analysis results, highlights of operator logs, status of maintenance jobs and current operational priorities..

Whom do I contact in an emergency?

Ingenero Technical staff is also located in US and can be contacted when needed.

Is the service available on 24 x 7 basis?

Ingenero services are intended to provide back-office operations. However, our staff can be contacted round the clock.

What if a new problem creeps into the plant or requirements change?

Ingenero services improve the overall productivity of the plant. They are flexible enough to cater to new requirements arising within the scope of the service.

How realistic will Ingenero’s recommendations be?

Analysis and recommendations given by Ingenero are based entirely on the data from the DCS and information provided by the client. All recommendations are backed by carefully analyzed data. Ingenero can provide for onsite expert services upon request.

Ingenero provides services ranging from pure back-office operating Services to onsite support. Client staffing can be redesigned suitably..

How will Ingenero help solve my problems sitting half way across the globe?

Continuously monitoring and controlling variations in the process can improve its performance.
